SmartHelix TradeGrid is a commerce and seller operations tool for local sellers and service providers.

TradeGrid provides tools for shop visibility, catalogue management, buyer request capture, order follow-up, payment proof tracking, reviews, supplier-deal interest, marketplace visibility, and manual delivery coordination. Features may change as the service improves.

Sellers remain responsible for their products, services, pricing, stock, fulfilment, payment confirmation, delivery arrangements, customer communication, refunds, and legal compliance.

Sellers must keep shop information, pricing, WhatsApp details, payment instructions, and fulfilment expectations accurate and up to date.

TradeGrid does not currently process card payments, operate a wallet, hold funds, or automatically reconcile payments. Sellers manually confirm payment and proof of payment.

Delivery coordination is manual. TradeGrid does not guarantee delivery availability, driver assignment, delivery timing, or successful fulfilment.

Reviews are moderated before public display. TradeGrid may hide pending, rejected, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate reviews.

Supplier-deal interest is not a binding order and does not reserve stock or pricing. SmartHelix/TradeGrid or the relevant supplier must still confirm availability, pricing, payment, and fulfilment.

TradeGrid may be updated, limited, paused, or changed as SmartHelix improves the service. This page is concise product guidance and is not legal advice.
