Privacy Notice

SmartHelix TradeGrid collects the information needed to operate seller shops, public shop pages, buyer requests, customer records, orders, payment proof tracking, reviews, delivery coordination, supplier-deal interest, and support.

This may include seller profile details, shop details, catalogue data, customer names and WhatsApp numbers, order notes, payment-proof metadata and files, review submissions, delivery notes, and supplier-deal interest quantities or notes.

TradeGrid uses this information to help sellers publish shops, receive buyer requests, manage customer follow-up, track order status, record proof of payment, moderate reviews, coordinate manual delivery, and register interest in supplier deals.

TradeGrid does not currently provide wallet services, card processing, automated payment gateway processing, or automated delivery fulfilment.

Public shop pages show only public seller/shop information, active published offerings, approved reviews, and public-safe reputation information.

Payment proof files are private to the seller and authorised admin/support context. Public buyers do not receive payment proof URLs.

Reviews are moderated before appearing publicly. Pending or rejected reviews are not shown on public shop pages.
